Return Window You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). The credit will typically appear in your account within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer's policies.
Damaged or Defective Items If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us at bcnxbcjhccjid@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery, including photos of the item. We will prioritize a replacement or a refund for you.
